Dear Jill, Thank you for writing such an informative book! The references and links in the book are quite helpful. However, I was wondering if you could direct me to some sites that would be helpful in writing and formatting a proposal for conferences. There are numerous sites on what information needs to be included in the proposal but there is no information (that I can find) on how to format the proposal. Can you help? Any information you can provide would be of great assistance. Thanking you in advance, Tracy Diguer
