Vietnam Memorial Moving Wall

The Vietnam Memorial Moving Wall was in Jefferson City, MO November 22-28. Planning and organizing for the week-long visit took the staff at Daily Plan-it over 8 months. Working with over 300 volunteers and soliciting sponsorships from more than 80 organizations and businesses, the visit was an overwhelming success. Vietnam Veterans, their families and guests traveled from across the state to pay tribute to the 58,249 fallen service men and women listed on the Wall. (Read more)

Kerry-Edwards Whistle Stop Tour

Presidential hopeful John Kerry along with running mate John Edwards made a campaign stop in Jefferson City. Daily Plan-it, working with the advance team and secret service, coordinated the rally that attracted over 6,500 supporters. (Read more)

Festival of the Reality SuperStars

40 former Survivor cast members came together to raise money for charity at this two day event that included a Go-Tribal party with live and silent auction, a full day Festival featuring the Reality Stage Show and numerous appearances at local businesses. (Read more)

Tropical Paradise

150 winners and guests enjoyed five days of events, activities, themed parties, entertainment and first class treatment at this Cayman Island Incentive program. (Read more)

Salute to America - A Capital Celebration

The Capital Celebration featured an expanded festival district with themed areas, continuous entertainment and activities all day long, a carnival, parade and of course a spectacular fireworks display. Afterward the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band performed in a free concert. (Read more)
